Consulting UHY Macro are believed in 1989. Its staff was formed by professional accountants auditors of a society of medium consultancy, who did not participate in the fusion of this with one of the Big Four. From its beginnings the base of the services offered by UHY Macro Consultants foundation in the tributary consultant's office and benefits related to the solution of problamas of taxes of the clients with the supervise organism (SII). With running of the time and given the characteristics of the portfolio of clients and according to the necessities of these, they went incomparando other services such as, countable consultant's office, outsoursing accountant, consultant's office in human resources, liquidation of remunerations, deprived roll, labor consultant's office, consultancy of companies, among others. In the last five years it has been developed strongly the services of financial audit, operative audit, services of contraloría, organization and method and consultancies related to the formation of holding, fusions, divisions of societies and development of due dilligenci among others. The strong commitment assumed with our clients, like by the constant development and growth of the portfolio, the Consulting partners of Macro we have demanded themselves of such form to obtain for Chile the representation of an international company/signature to endorse the rigorous one and high quality level that we have seted out to take I finish on the works that we made our clients.
